More than 1.200 mountain bikers from 22 nationalities and the largest female participation ever

A record of 1.233 Mountain Bikers will take part in the fifth edition of La Rioja Bike Race presented by Shimano the next 11, 12 and 13 of May in Logroño, which will also have 45% more women than the past year (68 riders).

A MTB stage race with designation of origin, ranked as XCS2 by the International Cycling Union (UCI), which will have a record number of nationalities (22): Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Great Britain, Honduras, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, United States and Venezuela.

The riders will face the most intense edition of La Rioja Bike Race presented by Shimano. A route that also holds the peculiar record of being the shortest and with less climbing its history, 184 kilometers with 4.943 meters of climbing in three stages, however as fascinating as all the previous ones.
