“I’ll go for the victory at ‘home’”

Rocío del Alba García (BH- Templo Cafés UCC) debuts at La Rioja Bike Race, the 'home' race. She comes to dispute the victory once recovered from his clavicle injury and with a view to the impending World Cup. She recommends all riders visit Laurel Street once the stage is over.

Stands out of La Rioja Bike Race ...

The charm of its route, surrounded by vineyards and beautiful singletracks with an incredible atmosphere. We will have a demanding and at the same time beautiful route because of everything that surrounds it, we will have to be concentrated at all time. It will be the first time that I race in La Rioja Bike Race, and I will give my best to be able to win.

Your favourite stage is ...

The last one, the FINISHER STAGE is one of the ones I like most because it includes the ascent to Clavijo and the descents of Trevijano, El Fraile, Nueva Resentida and pass through ruins to go down towards Nalda. It will be beautiful and spectacular!

The goal of the BH-Templo Cafés UCC team will be ...

The goal is to give the maximum of us in the race and enjoy with all the people during these four days, with the whole team and the two ambassadors of the month.

You’re facing the season with a view to the World Cup…

After my recovery of clavicle injury I feel very well, and right now we are preparing for the May block with the first two World Cups in Germany and the Czech Republic after La Rioja Bike Race.
