Registrations now available!

La Rioja Bike Race by Gaes opens its registration period.

The registrations for La Rioja Bike Race by Gaes (16th to 18th of May 2014) are now available through the event’s official website: www.lariojabikerace.com . Its launching price is 150 euros per participant until the 16th of February and 180 euros afterwards. The registration period will close on the 27th of April 2014.

It is an individual stage race, consisting of 200 kilometers, more than 4.500 meters of climbing and will mainly run through the Iregua valley and the Moncavillo MTB Centre. An attractive route and achievable by any mountain biker moderately prepared.

The race’s neuralgic centre, as well as the starts and finishes, will be in Logroño, precisely at the ‘Palacio de Deportes de La Rioja’. It will be possible to register only for the last stage so that all the enthusiasts can share a day with athletes such as Carlos Coloma, London 2012 Olympic diploma.

The race is part of the international calendar, so as well as scoring for the UCI ranking, it will distribute nearly 8.000 euros in prize money, existing parity between women and men.
